Debbie Foster is a nationally recognized thought leader on people, strategy, efficiency, and innovation in professional legal organizations. Her 20+ years of experience, combined with a mix of strategic management and strong leadership skills, has enabled Debbie to develop a unique ability to work with law firms and legal departments to help them build a future-proof organization and to navigate the ever-changing legal services delivery landscape. Debbie consults with firms across the country helping them solve their most challenging issues. Debbie is very active in the Association of Legal Administrators, the Law Practice Division of the American Bar Association, and was the Chair of ABA TECHSHOW 2010 and 2018.
Debbie lives in Florida with her husband Dan, her two dogs Chole & Izzy, and has 2 grown children and the stars of the show, her grandsons Koa and Kaiden.
Ky Koch

Mr. Koch is a life-long resident of Clearwater, graduating from Clearwater High School and later the University of Florida in 1975. Mr. Koch received his legal degree in 1978 and has been admitted to practice in Florida since that time.
In 1979, Mr. Koch was appointed an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida, a position he held in excess of three years. Since that time, Mr. Koch has engaged in the private practice of law. Mr. Koch is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Florida, the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Koch’s practice is limited to Marital and Family Law. He is Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in Marital and Family Law since 1991. He has represented clients in various parts of the United States.
Mr. Koch's community involvement includes serving as President of the Girls Clubs of Pinellas County Board of Directors, Chairing fundraisers for the Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation, and being an active member of Leadership Pinellas. He has also served as President of the Belleair Country Club and has been recognized as “The Best Family Law Attorney in Tampa Bay” by U.S. News & World Report three times. He holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in “The Best Lawyers in America.”

Richard West

After litigating financially complex and high asset divorces for over 25 years, Richard was one of the first lawyers in Orlando to use collaborative law to help clients successfully move on with their lives, with as little emotional and economic harm to their families as possible. He is known for his understanding, creativity and compassion to help clients achieve the results they want for their families.
Richard is board certified in Marital and Family Law by the Florida Bar. He practices exclusive in marital and family law. He has extensive experience in the representation of professional athletes and other public figures with the utmost regard for protecting his clients from media exposure and overly invasive discovery practices. His experience includes cases dealing with complex financial matters, such as the valuation of closely held corporations, professional practices, trusts and incentive stock options.
A divorced father himself, he understands, from both a personal and professional perspective, what it takes to have a "successful” divorce. While his practice is primarily in Central Florida, which encompasses Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Volusia and Lake Counties, he handles cases nationwide.
